You have to know what you are coming into here. It's a smaller mom and pop spot with a bigger venue. The food is amazing for the price. The crowd is here because of the quality and value, don't expect fast service if it's busy as they don't have servers. For $20 this is an incredible value and all the rolls I tried were great. If you want lots of attention spend for the higher level of service. Will be back when in the area. Has the vibe of a Korean BBQ, all you can eat, but you have to order as you go. For what this place does, it does it very well. It's not a traditional sushi spot, they only have rolls, but the ones I tried baked lobster, dragon rolls, monster roll and viva Texas rolls were all fresh and tasty. Will b
Solid All You Can Eat sushi that is higher quality than the buffet lines because the items are made to order. Select items from the list for a maximum of 3 orders. Small nigiri with little rice balls. Quality is good for the price point but not spectacular. Be careful not to waste food. They charge for uneaten food. Servers are fast, it was not a busy Friday night so I managed to eat my fill quickly before the restaurant closed
This place really is all you can eat. Every roll we had was fresh, made to order, and was delicious. The staff was really friendly and helpful when going for your first time. While it was made to order the sushi came out in a quickly. Some of my favorite rolls were the The Q Roll, Houston Roll, Wet Dream Roll, and Sexy Tuna. The restaurant was super clean and pretty large sitting area inside. They also have beer and wine available. For 35.95 it really is worth it and we will definitely be back!
About $30 for all you can order sushi is pretty sweet. They start put serving pretty decent sized rolls or so it seemed to me, so order something you know you'll like. I got a great bang for my buck by ordering a couple of hand rolls (more variety without the commitment of ordering a full roll.) You have to be able to finish your rolls or they state thay they will charge you for leftover food and total time limit is 90 minutes. The menu is overwhelming. Read the descriptions of the rolls and you'll find rolls with filler imitation crab inside and some fish on the outside. If you're into that, go for it. Otherwise it's going to fill you up fast. The lobster roll did not have lobster on it, had crawfish. Service was scary prompt and you can customize some rolls to a minimal extent. The apps were the most fun part imo. Tofu, mussels, all in small portions that were very manageable to finish in an AYCE setting. All in all, I'd come back here.
I enjoy this restaurant, order as much as you can eat for $20! Great price and great food! There's so many sushi to pick from so there's an option for everyone and their taste! Give this place a try.
